  • Close TeamViewer in case this is still open
  • Click Start, then Run and write % appdata%, press enter.
    In the folder that appears, delete the "TeamViewer" folder;
  • Remove folder HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TeamViewer
  • Remove Folder HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\TeamViewer
  • Use this program to change the MAC Address
  • Restart TeamViewer
