Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter

If you can not connect to the internet and ahi the following error message:

"Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter"

The solution is the following:

1) I access to the network settings, I right click on your network card working (at this time the local network lan).

2) Choose properties and in the window that appears individual who in addition to normal protocols present on all Windows systems there is "AVG network filter driver" (you may find even) "Kaspersky Anti-Virus NDIS 6 Filter" or WinpkFilter LightWeight Filter.

3) I remove the flag to the respective check box, I confirm all settings and the PC returns to navigate smoothly.

i.e ( AVG network filter driver)

i.e. ( WinpkFilter LightWeight Filter, with AVIRA....)
