I was installing microsoft office 2007 on a computer with Windows Vista.
As I proceeded to install I got the following error message:
Error 1606. Could notaccess network location %APPDATA%\
the solution is as follows:
Click Start, in Search Programs and files list, type Regedit.exe, and then click OK.
Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
