Sometimes the cameras do not send email on alarm .
The test in such cases is successful , but when the alarm goes off the camera does not send images it alerts you .
This problem is usually due to asynchrony between the date of the computer and the camera .
For risolver the problem perform the following steps :
- Select "Alarm Service Settings" - > Remove the check from the "Upload Image on Alarm "
- Select "Date & Time settings" - > Put check " Sync with computer time" and click on submit.
