PAINT.NET on Window 8.1

Today, I went crazy. Not found most PAINT.NET under Windows 8.1.

The application is on Windows 7 but not on windows 8.

Incredible.

The solution is  download PAINT.NET from official website and install it ......

A little trick: you can add the extra effects (Circle Text etc..)
