The program is installed under the followinf directory:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\GWX
To remove the icon "Update Windows 10" there are 3 methods.
Method 1
run windows update and remove the update number KB3035583
Method 2
Dowload the following open source program and run it

Method 3
Go in the following directory
C:\Windows\System32\Tasks\Microsoft\Windows\Setup
and remove the following directories:
GWX e GWXTriggers

To block the updates from being downloaded again, dive back into the Control Panel and head to System and Security > Windows Update > Check for updates. The system will look for updates, then say you have a certain number of updates available, separated by status (Optional, Recommended, Critical). Simply click the recommended updates link, find the KB3035583 update, then right-click it and select Hide update.
