Some time when I try to install an app with window store I have the following error message:
after I press the button Re-try but the app is not loaded.
Here the solution:
1) Go in Store (Market app of window)
4) create the follwoing folder
C:\Windows\AppReadiness
Now try and the error 0X80073CF9 will be hide.
If you app is not loaded check your firewall or the firewall of your antivirus.
The best way is disable the antivirus when you load the app.

2) move the mouse in the right of your screen and go in the "Update app"
3) Now click on Sync Licenses and after on Check for Updates
